What Qualifications Do The Recruiters Have?
Our safety and compliance managers have spent their entire careers in the transportation and distribution industry. They may hold a class AZ license and have backgrounds in driver improvement training, customer service and dispatch, with transportation and commercial driving experience. Their knowledge of transportation of dangerous goods, hours of service, vehicle inspections, city pick up and delivery and line haul trucking ensures that each applicant is screened, road tested and trained to meet the needs of our customers.
Our placement coordinators have a background in the trucking and warehousing industry and understand the need for just in time service. Each placement coordinator is trained in equipment types, freight types for trucking and warehouse requirements and is skilled in custom matching personnel with your specific needs. Our staff has a background in general freight, home furnishing, food service and bulk tank loads.
In order to improve our customer care levels, ‘Able Staffing Solutions’ employees attend regular seminars and workshops to improve communication and to enhance their problem solving skills.
Road testing of drivers is available upon request. New drivers are road tested.
